Empanadas, a personal journey

Empanadas are such a personal food type. There are literally thousands of versions of them. They vary from country to country, city to city and even Auntie's house to Auntie's house. My version follows my own journey. From my birth place in Buenos Aires Argentina, to my new home in Australia. Everyone has their own idea of what an empanada should be and taste like and it will represent your own journey. This one represents mine and I hope you like it!
